Having dealt with Active for 20+ years there service has really declined over the last few, we have had items grossly overcharge and then it takes months to rectify. We contacted the Manager in April about the most recent and it took until June to get a response and only then because we followed it up. Even then they wouldn’t honor the prices quoted by there staff and actually increased the invoice costs….
