Absolutely horrendous customer service and repair! I called them to repair my ice machine. After 2 weeks and a thousand dollars poorer, the ice machine wasn't fixed! Another company's service guy came, told me the wires were crossed all over and was bypassed to make thin shards of ice. And when I lodged a complain, they told me case closed and I won't get my money back!

Excellent customer service, very helpful staff.
I have left my units in their warehouse and I have had them visit equipment in my kitchen.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Overpriced and rude! When I first dropped of my magimix to be repaired, I was given a timeline for receiving a quote, which did not eventuate, when I called to check up on said quote I was told another 4 days. Call again I was advised that other people dropped off their machines first and I would just have to wait, but I would get it by Christmas. Finally, 2 days before close of business I was advised the repair would be over $300 for a $500 machine. I advised magimix Australia, who were amazing and found me a new repairer who would charge $50 labour (as opposed to $144), and magimix Australia would supply the parts for nothing (machine was only 4 years old, 1 year out of warranty). I called back Barling Elements to advise them not to repair the machine, and 10 minutes later I received a call saying that I hadn't paid the quote fee, as they hadn't advised me of the fee at the time of drop off, but "they would not charge me that, this time" in an extremely rude tone of voice. Picked up my machine, and got away from the rude and inefficient staff!
