Without Pier Gallery

Without Pier used to be in Sandringham but moved to Bay Road about 800 metres before Southland about seven years ago. They often have very interesting local artists on display and have a good collection of prints. I particularly like it when they have works that show the local seascapes. They have a good website where you can see all the work that they sell. It is worth a visit a bit of culture in an unexpected pocket of Highett/Cheltenham.
