Lazarus L.H. Dr

In my experience as a patient of Dr. Lazarus this is an extremily unprofessional Medical Practice. Firstly, it is almost impossible to actually keep a simple appointment - I was often told my appointment would be at 7PM only to still be sitting & waiting at 11PM. This doctor didnt seem to care about anything other then prolonging my appointment with pointless chit chat for the sake of charging more for a visit. I would often be charged in excess of $150 for a simple visit to a G.P!

The running of the Practice is a complete mess, even when I had appointments that were urgent (due to important medication repeats) I was often overlooked and forced to wait for hours. I rarely had my e-mails returned, even when addressed directly to the Doctor. The lack of professionalism I experienced at this practice was horrifying and I am in the process of lodging a formal complaint with the Medical Ombudsman.

Worst doctor ever. Every time i go there i have to wait at least 2 hours up to even 4 when theres only two people in front of me. She asks stupid questions like 'how is work' and 'whats your boss like' to make the appointment longer so she gets paid more. She can somehow make a regular checkup take an hour and I dont even have any serious medical condtions. I've never had to wait longer than forty five minutes with any other doctor.
