I have been here several times for different procedures as has my wife. The service was excellent. Friendly and competent. Comfortable area to wait, cafe nearby and never had to wait too long.

Horrible service! Unbelievable. Travelled 45 mins there. Arrived at 10.02 (-as documented on the form girl rudely handed me, appt was 10). For an MRI. I am an inpatient, but in HOme ward program. Filled in forms, waited for one hour, then told, they couldnt do it at all because i was late!! By 2 mins!?! Rubbish! Was in tears. I have waited weeks for this. Girl at front desk was completely incompetent and slow. So rude. Hope QDI gets serious bad karma! More competitors needed. Now have to go back today at 10. Dreading it! Specialist appt on monday at 9.30. They better get results done asap. (Its sat)
