Submitted documents two weeks ago for changin an account from company to private. Went into the shop three times - defensive staff blamed each other. Reassured I'll get a call on Fri. Today is Wed and haven't got any calls. I called today to be told that they need to check...after two week! if the documents were faxed through. The process is supposed to take a few hours. Someone else from work did it in the same day with me and the next day he had the number transferred.
