i went into it& c jamie took custody of my computer it was pretty sick and would not boot properly got a call in the afternoon saying my computer has been fixed and jamie explained to me what went wrong with it apparently a slot on the computers mother board was faulty and jamie simply removed the additional ram circuit board and all the problems dissapeared as a result i only have lost 4gigs of ram but i have a working computer as it was close to ending up in a bin and i have noticed an increase in the computers peformance its working a lot faster..i think the fault has been there for quite some time and drematicly affected the computers peformance as it was slow and slugish ect thank you jamie for a great repair job and for just under $50 dollars well done

We've taken our laptops in for repair several times prices are very reasonable staff are fantastic, I would definitely recommend them. My friend even had to try and get a floppy disk read and I referred him on the crew here are the best :)

Really disappointed with the service. If i could do less then 1 star i would. I put in my computer as it was recently damaged paid 100 for it to be fixed but when turned on nothing worked. All passwords were changed. All settings were changed. Im a university student and microsoft word and office is no longer working because someone has reset all information and changed all authority so i cannot do a single thing. When i try to load up the internet its saying its inaccessible or missing. Not a thing works. I think if you pay for a service it should be done correctly ive lost to much time being messed around and as any uni student would know time is very vital and limited. I will be going over the issues with them on the next business day however id advise no one to see them based on this stressful money wasting experience ive had.

I have been using IT & Computers for some years now and have to say they offer great personalized service. Their prices are quite competitive and they are have always been very thorough. I recently bought a mid range gaming I5. I found that after getting three quotes including a large online supplier, IT & Computers were close enough to warrant going with them again. I was given a competitive price and the peace of mind of knowing they were close & reliable should any issues arise. It is still going like a rocket.
