We had issues with our phones and also drive on one of our Macs at the office. Daryl came out to investigate the same day. They liaised with Telstra, managed to solve the problem and Mr. Simon fixed our Mac the next day. It wasn't the cheapest service, but it was the best experience & result. Thank you Res-Q

Terrific service from team of IT professionals who repair PC's (even one a competitor said needed wiping/reinstall they fixed)! Have since had server installed and signed up for monthly managed services, remote monitoring and off-site backup. Its great to see a local company with their own cloud and other systems along with cutting-edge knowledge. And they have a REAL shop and workshop as well as 24-7 call-out/support! Highly recommend.
