The guys did a fantastic job - changing over all of our internal lighting for LED light fittings and updating all of our power points and light switches.

Whats more they were great with the kids as well.

I asked Home Cabling Solutions to look at a series of difficult, fiddly cabling and general electrical jobs around our house in the Adelaide Hills. Tim promptly came around and had a look, nothing was too difficult (unlike some tradies, where it feels like the sky is about to fall in!)

A week later the job was done by friendly and competent professionals, who were consultative when they had a few options or questions but otherwise efficiently and competently went about their work. Staff have been able to respond in a few days to complete other work I have requested, and charges are entirely reasonable considering the professional standards and efficiency of their work. Their advice also saved me a few $ when they explained the various ways in which some jobs could be done.

Overall, its great having the peace of mind knowing that a job will be done well by experienced professionals not looking to rip you off. I will continue to use HCS and recommend them highly to others.

Over the last week I had work done by HCS at my home and one of my rental properties. On both occasions HCS provided a quote and on each occasion came in under quote. Although I know that this will not always be the case I am sure that I would still be as happy with ther service for the following reasons.

Gavin came and did work at my home installing a phone line. The job was not easy and he conferred with me on several occasions to make sure his solutions were okay with me and would suit my needs. He did the job in the estimated time and cleaned up afterwards. Then prior to leaving he made sure everything worked to our satisfaction.

The second time Greg came to my rental property to undertake a complicated wiring of a new stove. He had to do a lot of cable threading and remove roof iron. He came up with a quick and efficient solution and undertook the work within the times quoted. In addition he did another job that had not been quoted for advising that it would be easier and cheaper while he was there as opposed to returning at a later time. He also spent the time to advise on improvements I could make and safety considerations in undertaking that work.

Both Greg and Gavin were professional, courteous, thoughtful and were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

In addition Greg told me a bit about HSC run things. I was impressed with the treatment and inclusive nature of how staff are treated; this was most evident in that all accolades were unsolicited and presented as a genuine appreciation of working for HSC.

I will highly recommend HCS to my friends and business associates, without reservation.

We just want to commend the professionalism and attitude of the staff at Home Cabling Solutions. We have required their services twice in the last two months. On each occasion we have found the electricians attending our home to be courteous and professional in their work. They ensured that they cleaned as they worked through a list of tasks. Not only did they do the work required but they attended some previous unsafe work that had been completed on our house.

We had a technician from Home Cabling come to our place to install our home entertainment system.He was very professional and turned up on time, which we were very impressed with. Now we have all our speakers mounted up and connected and our TV wall mounted and it looks great.

These guys came highly recommended to us and they lived up to our expectations.

We had the guys from Home Cabling Solutions come out to help us set up our Home Theatre and do some electrical work, we have never been happier!
They set up all of Audio Visual, mounted our Flat Screen TV which they fixed to a wall bracket, set up our 7.1 Dolby Surround Sound system, mounted our speakers in the correct positions to ensure maximum sound effects and quality. They even took the time to sound test everything to make sure it was all working correctly and that we knew how to operate it.
All of the cables were hidden in the walls.No visible wiring! Fantastic!
They also installed multiple power points for us in a couple of different rooms, left no mess!
Whilst they were here, they also conducted a Safety Inspection for us in our roof space of all of our Down Lights to ensure they were all installed correctly and had there caps on, they gave us some great advice and information on down lights; how we could be saving energy and moneyWe will definitely be getting them back out to install some LED globes for us.
They also gave us some great information about Solar and also installing a Security System which is something that is really important to my husband.
So that visit certainly wasnt the last well see of Home Cabling Solutions, we have a few projects on the go with these guys and we would recommend them to anyone.
