After Initially having our first home loan approved with Steve, he mentioned to us that he would revisit the situation in 2 years and see how we are going with the home loan and whether refinancing was a good idea. On the day and i mean exactly on the two year mark he got back to us and provided us with his amazing knowledge and great resources of banks that provided a better rate than we were currently on at the time. We obviously decided to remortgage as we would be saving over $6000 a year.
