I cannot be more happy at the amazing work of the Gadgetman, broke my iPad mini and needed the screen repaired in my lunch break. Was able to drop it in, have lunch and then pick it up. I really couldn’t believe how easy it was. And service with a smile. Great business.

Do yourselves a favour and do NOT use the Gadget Hospital at Cleveland! I took my phone in to have the screen repaired 2 weeks ago and had a thick screen protector put on my phone as the repairman said they were the best ones to use. Since then the phone has not worked - slide button doesn't work meaning I have to turn off the phone many times to even get into it, the wrong letters come up on texts, the home button feels dodgy etc - all of these problems did not exist before I went here. I spoke to the manager/owner who suggested I take the phone back and get the screen protector removed and get my $20 back. I did ask for the Cleveland Kiosk to do this but he was very reluctant to give me my money back and instead he said he was going to replace everything that he had done on the Saturday before. I was dubious but left my phone with him. Instead of working on my phone he reset my entire phone without my permission losing an incredible amount of information, both personal and work. I am now stuck with a phone that still does not work properly and has lost a great deal of my valuable information. When I picked up the phone the second time he said again that he had replaced the screen protector for the second time but I don't believe this to be the case as the home button is still the same as it was before I took it back to him. I spoke to the manager again who said that the repairman at Cleveland would not have reset the phone without my permission but that phones reset themselves - well that has never happened to me in the past!! The manager was going to speak to the Cleveland Kiosk and get back to me but I have not even had a call despite sending another request through their website. I am still waiting for a response!! Going to the Gadget Hospital has caused me an enormous amount of grief and frustration. They do not stand by their work and they are untruthful in regards to the work they claim to have done to your phone. Trust me, go somewhere else more reputable!!

This mobile repairs shop is awesome!! Fast service and cheap. Got a brand new ipad back! Thank you gadget doctor! I will tell all of my friends.
