Pizza Hut

The worst part was the service best part was making the decision to tell people that this shop has the worst customer service I've ever had. Kitchen smells and so does the service.

I' m writing because i've had the BEST pizza hut experience in 15 years.! I was trying to give my address to the staff member in the call centre. But He couldn't understand me. I am aussie, he was foriegn from the accent. He got frastrated very quickley and hung up. So i rang again and asked to speak to the manager at cleveland. His name is ALEX.
Alex was so nice and explained it wasn't his staff members, it was the call centre. Alex took my order and assured me, i would get feedback. My pizza was delivered from Alex. He had already followed up on the complaint and said there was more complaints with the same thing. Anyway i just want to say that ALEX'S service is rare these days. It was really nice to have a manager that listen's and care's about his work.
