Pressed Dry Cleaning - Cleveland

I am absolutely appauld at the professionalism of this company. I dropped a dress in to them on a Wednesday needing it for Saturday, I was told I will definatly have it by then. I go in Saturday morning to collect my dress and it is not there. It's status was 'completed' but it was at the cleaners still. I did not receive any calls or notice that my dress would not be there even though they would have known by the Friday. I am completely appauld by their lack of professionalism. After this I was told to come back in when they close at 12:30, so two and a half hours later I came back and then I receive a call when I arrive from the cleaners saying they will be another HOUR and if I could please pre pay in full before they come and that my garment still had a mark on it, still at the point I had not recieved any apology or compensation for my time wasted such as a discount on the cleaning or even it being complementary. Nothing. Not only did i have to return three times, my garment was not cleaned properly and I had recieved no apology, or compensation. I will never come back to this company and I highly recommend to go anywhere but here. All they care about is money and not quality of work, customer service or keeping a relationship with their clients.
