I recently had Best Doors come out to add another operator to our second garage door. The booking of the service with the office staff was excellent and efficient, the service technician arrived on time as per the booking (this was refreshing to see). Both my garage doors were serviced and the extra opener installed. The technician also showed me how to program my handset. Friendly and efficient service provided. I would recommend Best Doors to anyone.

Best Doors have treated us very poorly. We had one of their doors installed back in February 2016. There is a defect in the bottom panels hinges that results in the face of the door not being all flush. I have phoned Best Doors countless times to try and have the problem resolved. After more than 1 year, the door is still not fixed. Best Doors, after spinning us along for all this time, is now saying the door manufacturer is not going to honour its warranty and that we would be liable for the cost of the replacement parts.
So be warned, Best Doors do not manufacturer garage doors. The door warranty (according to the Best Doors sales rep) is not supplied by Best Doors but by the unknown door manufacturer. In our case, the unknown door manufacturer is refusing to honour their warranty that the door would be supplied without defect.
Finally, reading the Best Doors sales propaganda on this web site makes us so angry. Statements like 120% Satisfaction Guarantee and totally satisfied, every time are beyond a farce. From our experience, beware dealing with this company.
