Dynamic Door Service

I seldom write a review but this company is the worst one i have ever met. Poor workmanship and when contacted, blame on the garage door never get serviced. Used one screw to hold the bracket of two tension springs and the other screw just as decoration (screw to plasterboard) .

We had 2 roller doors installed by Dave and we are very happy with them. Dave acts in a professional and timely manner. Our roller doors look great and work perfectly. Will use this company again.

my elderly parents had an issue with their garage door not staying down they were due to leave to go away this morning worried their home would be left open I phoned Dynamic and had DAVE come out to assist he stopped where he was to meet me at my parents knowing they were very stressed about leaving there property unsafe dave arrived in a timely matter and had their issue corrected dave did a wonderful job he was quick efficient and lovely mannoured he put my parents worries at ease

We would recommend Dynamic and DAVE if you have any door needs TOP JOB DAVE

So our garage door was installed by this company and it sticks and won't go up. One remote does not work and the tracking on the rollers is just shocking. I'm still waiting for a call to fix this 6 weeks after the problem was reported by the building company that used these guys. My husband just called him to find out what is happening and DAVE laughed at him on the phone and said too bad I'm under the pump. Good luck using this company if you want s good job and good service. Absolutely disgusted! DAVE YOUR AN ABSOLUTE SHOCKING PERSON WITH DISGRACEFUL SERVICE AND A COMPLETE LACK OF CARING FOR YOUR DODGY WORK!!

If you are after a quality product, Dynamic Door Service is not the company.

Took 3 different installation teams, over a 3 week period to get a roller door installed in my garage. 5 weeks later I have noticed the door is getting damaged each time it is opened, and now the automatic motor has jammed from the tracks still not being installed correctly. (Manual mode for an indefinite period now).

Slight credit to the company they did replace the door after the first installation as there were some manufacture dints. However, the second door likewise had dints, and trying to get a very small rebate took a lot longer than it should have. The whole experience has been below average and I still don't have the product I paid for.

Trying to organise anything with this company takes minimum 1 week, despite promises being made that things will happen within 24-48hrs. It appears internal communication within the company is also very low.

I certainly would not recommend Dynamic Door Service, even if you are on a budget.
