RCC National fixed my roof through insurance company. Highly professional, great communication and truly the BEST tradesmen I've had the pleasure of dealing with. They were prompt and did an absolute perfect job on my 3 roofs - kudos to you guys. Thank you so much. 10/10 recommended.

Be careful having RCC do any insurance work in country NSW areas Forster Tuncurry - Coffs Harbour. My whole floor is water damaged from dishwasher. 1st assessor didn’t even take kicks off to inspect behind, when kick boards came off, the 2nd assessor only attended due to the photos I sent to NRMA, Trades then turning a blind eye to damage, and actually layering the floor straight over damage. They didn’t even worry about the mould either. Also no water to kitchen, been ongoing for 8 weeks now. This company picks their own trades a bunch of cowboys cashing in on the less fortunate by trying to do bodgy jobs collecting the money and not actually fixing the problem. I stood up for what was right, and the abuse I heard aimed at myself over loud speaker mobile phones from the trades people and regional managers was disgusting and unprofessional. We were assigned RCC National from our insurance company and they were wonderful. Everything they replaced has been done to the highest quality and we couldn't be happier. They were very organized and easy to work with, constantly providing us with updates, and dealing with any unforeseen issues very promptly. My insurer assigned RCC National to coordinate and organise the demolition and rebuild of our garage damaged by a falling tree as well as the removal of that tree. RCC was professional, courteous, helpful, kept us updated and were great communicators between us and our insurers. All work was carried out to an excellent standard. I highly recommend RCC.

We could not have asked for better partner to work with on the assessment and repairs to our hail-damaged home.
