I looked around the car yard at several cars I was interested in. Michael was unable to answer a lot of my questions about the cars. Kept making inappropriate jokes to steer away from answering my questions. Was extremely frustrating trying to agree on a reasonable price with him. I left empty handed and very frustrated.

Michael sold us a used car that had been written off without informing me. I lost thousands trying to sell it. The worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Potential buyers beware. Read everything before signing and do a REVS check on any car you wish to buy. He has been reported to Fairtrading.

I must admit that we had our doubts about buying an expensive car , sight unseen, online through Ebay. However the deal was too irresitable .Michael from ibuyauction /ibuytrader was friendly, informative and very considerate of our concerns. From first contact to delivery off the car carrier, Michael was approachable and responded quickly.
I also found no one else had entered a review and i now fix that .
Highly recommended, excellent customer service. Fully legitimate and trustworthy.
