James 'worked on' my computer for 4 weeks and gave me back a laptop that is still showing the exact same problem as when I gave it to him. He charged me $545 cash upfront upon return of the machine. Within 10 minutes of using the machine, it crashed again and started exhibiting the exact same symptoms. James has now refused to provide me with a refund and also will not provide an invoice for the 'work' he has done. Instead he agreed I must take this to a third party for reconciliation.



Do yourself a favour and avoid this 'business' like the plague that it is.
