Very disappointing that we have not received a response to our complaint regarding our Sterns Pool. We had the pool professionally installed by their recommended pool builder in November 2020 and the liner SPLIT along the seam in January 2021. Barely 2 months of use. Sterns sent us a new liner, admitting fault with their product but will not arrange its installation (which costs a lot more than the liner). Our emails requesting a solution have been ignored. We are lodging a formal complaint with NSW Dept. of Fair Trading.
