Saad's Plumbing & Gasfitting

Paid in cash out of courtesy, promised me the invoice the next day. Charged extra $40 for compliance certificate, which i haven't received to-date (been a month now). I've been calling him and leaving messages almost everyday, but no call-back or reply. I will be making a formal complaint to relevant authorities, as i have doubts whether he's actually a licensed plumber currently. I could have done the job myself if i didn't need an invoice and a compliance certificate for insurance purposes. Now I have to pay someone else to undo his work and re-do to get a certificate for insurance. I would not recommend him, avoid at all costs. While checking his ABN details I found he had similar feedback on yellowpages, which sadly i didn't see before.

Horrendous, shonky job which now needs to be redone. Does not return calls and has not turned up to six appointments to fix with excuses ranging from car trouble to 'I forgot' on three occasions which means I now have to take him to small claims tribunal. Whilst I took the 'first available' plumber last time I have now learned a valuable lesson. Steer clear people and save yourself the heartache! He is 'A Current Affair' story in the making.

Hired us to do a job and still havent recieved payment! Avoids phone calls and text messages when owing money. Very unimpressed with business!
