I hired The Wooden Flooring Co to install engineered timber floors in my home. After the installation, I noticed several areas where the boards felt loose and asked the company to return and inspect their work. They refused.



I made multiple attempts to have them carry out a basic post installation check, simply to confirm that the flooring had been installed correctly. Each request was ignored or declined without explanation.



This was a disappointing and frankly strange experience. A company confident in its workmanship would have no issue standing by it. It seems that once they receive payment, they don't care about you. Based on this experience, I would not recommend them.
