Compton Refrigeration

After checking my airconditioner i needed a new one. Simon supplied and fitted promptly and efficiently very happy customer.

I first had Simon out to my home to look at a large refrigerator approx a year ago, he said the door was not closing because it was so frosted up and that eventually it would need a new part, he said it would be OK now for several months in fact I recall he said up to 9 months and then to ring him again and he would order the part required, I did not wait the required time as I had concerns about the minimum 3 days to defrost the fridge as it messed up my wooden floors and I am a carer greatly in need of a working fridge, So I rang Simon a few months later and asked him to order the part. Some time later I rang again, he said the part was on a back order. At this stage I was getting worried and asked him to ring me with the cost of the part and how long the part would take to arrive, Simon promised to get back to me, he did, he rang and left a message to say he had rang and would get back to me with a price. But he never ever rang and left the details I was asking for, the time of arrival of the part and the price? I only ever had a mobile number for him and never got the information I needed.

Now my life is hectic in fact it is more than hectic I am a full time carer and also have frequent medical appointments to attend on behalf of the person I care for. I continue to be disappointed with the lack of follow up, I am now stuck with a 2 door fridge (which I am unable to move myself) in my kitchen that does not function at all yet I requested a part for this fridge approx 6 months ago.

Simon was great, I had a new split system installed by Simon and it was quite a hard location but he managed to do the best job possible without any fuss and can really tell he likes his work to be perfect with his work. Would definitely recommend Compton Refrigeration to anyone wanting a Air Condition system.
