Bought a car from this place not long ago, I was promised a spare key, log books, detail and a few more things. Nothing was in done when I picked up the car, I was told that they would do it for me, still waiting. Gave up on them to do most of it so I've done a lot of it myself. Came in for a warranty fix and they put cheap parts, cheap brakes (the brake dust is horrible and the brakes are spongy) , after market suspension parts.

Some of the simple things I asked for and never gone done are:

- Spare key (now I have to spend $400 out of pocket)
- Log book (still waiting on that one)
- Bonnet stand clip to be replaced (it was broken)
- Hand brake adjustment (wouldn't work at 8 clicks on a slight slope)
- Sticker on the back window to be removed (previous dealership sticker)
- Garmin dash pad to be removed (took almost two months for them to get it done)
- Detail, wash and touch up paint (car was filthy!)
- New windscreen wipers (still don't have them)
- Reverse camera to be installed (took 3 weeks, did't get the car till then)(I paid for the camera and install)
- New battery to be installed (it was dead, they used some cheap brand!)

They never answer they phone or call back, you'll call asking for the manager, be put on hold for over an hour (yes I've sat there for over an hour waiting) then he'll either pick up and say I'm busy call back later or just wont pick up so you'll have to call again, they won't give you his mobile number either, I've tried and they wont.

They're rude, I was told off by the manager and sworn at multiple times. I've been told to not call them even though I'm a paying customer. They where all happy and smiles when I was looking for the car, then once I bought it they didn't want to talk to me.

The manager Nick is horrible. Swears at customers, smokes in the showroom, doesn't answer his emails or phone calls. I dealt with a man named Luca whic

Well, i purchased a Maserati for over $110k, The car was sold to me with a fault, tyre pressure sensors didn't work, no spare key,
Was promised these things would be fixed quickly and he would also give me an owners manual.
I have emailed 8 times, text Nic 8 times, rang i would say 100 times, the only time i get hold of Nic is by using a different number, gee i wish i had read these other reviews before i parted with the $110k.
eventually i had some action after i dumped the car on him for the third time and started threatening legal action,
Now i get a phone call to say the starter motor has gone and it will cost me $2100 to fix! and as its now 4 months since I purchased the car he claims its my problem,
Fair trading advice is to take him there so i will keep you all posted on what happens, you think when you spend over $110k on a car the company would act professional and deal with the issues, not wait till the warranty runs out then try and fix it and in the process break other things.
Ill report back once we have the tribunal, but i would warn you all contemplating purchasing from this company be very careful.
the only just thing for nic to do is to do the honest thing and get this repaired swiftly if there was any integrity within this business thats what needs to be done.

Poor service end to end.

The car was in need to immediate repair to the engine management system to be roadworthy. I bought had had it's Odometer tampered with - 170,00km or more missing. Extensive damage to bodywork not noted, not consistent with pictures I was provided with and inconsistencies in the state of the interior. And semi-bald tires.



Issues was only resolved when Fairtrading NSW was involved.

Paid well over 60k for vehicle....
Stay away.
Unprofessional, untrustworthy...LIERS. They sold me a car with problems.... They Promised me a logbook and a spare key....repairs...... Still waiting.....Been ringing them for more than a week within car was delivered to me, advising owner that car has problems.....still no response.....finally organised to meet to collect a second key! at least, they're shut...owner Nick is not anwsering door or phone......when I threatend him with legal action only then he calls back.
Only when I block my number, owner Nick picks up and pretends everything is ok!
Paid well over 60k for vehicle. This is not what you would expect... After speaking to his staff, they confirmed that they sell vehicles with faults... And I'm not the only one that is chasing him.
Keep away don't do it to yourselves

We experienced shocking 'after sales service' from this dodgy dealer. Don't do business with dealer 'Sean Pham' who will ignore additional items on your Sales Contract. Don't expect Head Dealer 'Nik' to return any Calls or Emails. - NOT RECOMMENDED!!
