Coogee Village Butchery

Hi I used to live in Coogee 5 years ago and I would come in a lottt and get the VERY hot sausgaes I called them the mexican ones.. They when boiled in a pan turn the water red.. I hope someone there knows the name of them ??? I was the American girl that always bought 8 at a time each week. I live in Tumut now and no one here has them What are they called please??
