Avoid this company - hugely overpriced, arrogant, and they will rip you off! We were charged $352 for exchanging a burst flexible hose (a 5 min job), on a call-out on Saturday morning. Even on a weekend, this is an exorbitant charge. When we queried the bill, the answer was this (quote from their email): ‘We have only charged you $200 per hour when we are supposed to charge you a minimum of 4 hours at double time. Therefore, I can revise your invoice and charge you what we are required by law to charge. $100.00 x 4 hrs = $400.00 x double time = $800.00 + GST. Plus materials.’. And they were serious… They think that it would be OK to charge almost $900 for a 5-min job… Eventually, our RE agent got them to reduce the bill, but even so, this attitude is amazing… Draw your own conclusions!
