Dear Not Impressed,



Thank you for your negative feedback. Unfortunately you have failed to incorporate some cold hard facts into your comments and review.



1. You misrepresented the work you wanted completed when you contacted our office advising you wanted a substantial renovation on your property. You were advised during this call that we do not undertake small renovation projects and will only consider a renovation that is effectively a rebuild.

At the site inspection undertaked approximately 1 week later you advised the scope of work would be minor renovations with the bulk of the work being undertaken by yourselves.



2. You were advised that it would take at least two to three weeks ie 15 business days. You contacted us on business day 10 after our site inspection. Our office staff advised that we had you on our call sheet for the same day and unfortunately due to the change in scope of work we would be unable to assist.



3. When our office staff advised we were unable to assist you were aggressive, abusive and displayed threatening behaviour on the telephone. As per our company policy your call was politely terminated with our staff member advising the reason why they were terminating the call and wishing you luck finding a suitable builder.



You have chosen to attempt to destroy our business by posting a negative 1 star review without any salient facts.



As previously advised we hope you find a builder who is able to your project into their schedule.

Cant even get a response for a Quotation after site inspection.

Unfortunately Brett or his wife Kirsty Ward have no respect or customer service think they are way above others. Brett in early October came to do a site visit and walk thru 1hr in home for a quotation for our renovation of our home gave us an approx price and approx start date. He advised he would get back to us in a couple of weeks with quotation in writing and over 1 month later we had to chase to see where the quote was at and not only did Kristy advise they cant do quote she was rude and hung phone up in our ear. We had already sent 2 emails over 2 week period with no response and then phoned today
