It was a booked appointment. I took the car to replace the trailer plug, a 20-minute job, but he said they needed my car for a few hours because other jobs needed to be done. I was happy to give the extra time and asked if he could drop me home and pick me up when finished; I lived 5 mins away. He said he would charge me to drop me home and pick me up. What has happened to customer courtesy? I told them don't worry about it ill find someone else to do the job

I suggest everyone stay away from these guys, charged me $50 for 30 minutes of testing by an apprentice ($100 per hour labour cost for an apprentice, wtf) who then could not tell me what the problem was suggested it be completely rewired not even a year old. Being a Wellington local we always try to support local businesses instead of going over to Dubbo, but I will never use these guys again, overcharged and unhelpful. Only gave it one star as zero is not an option
