The physios are professional and Paul Trevathan gives so much to his clients. He will listen to what you actually want to achieve, rather than telling you about your limits. Not only that, but he is always willing to speak by phone if something comes up between visits. The physios and admin staff are passionate about what they do and about helping their clients stay active. I've been a client for almost two years. I started out all crooked and sore from years of neglect. But Paul has patiently put my body right and has always supported all my crazy activities along the way (such as running a 50km ultra marathon, running a road marathon, walking 260km unsupported, cycling 100km a day for 31 days and, now, cycling the world).And best of all, the atmosphere at BLA is friendly, cheerful and caring.
