Blinds Plus Awnings And Shutters

The blinds that were installed were not what I paid for, and they had a hole in one of them. Took another few weeks to get them replaced. Now the replacement set are all floppy and wavy (the faulty first ones weren't floppy). Blinds Plus refuses to replace them, claiming that it is reasonable for blinds not to sit straight or flat. If I wanted floppy or wavy window coverings, I would have purchased curtains. I was told by the sales person, that the blinds would be completely straight and flat because they are made to measure, but now they claim that floppy blinds are reasonable. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the trouble. Buying blinds should not be this difficult.
