Sunshine Coast Luxury Transfers

Booked to picked up but due to the bush fires my plane had been delayed. I phoned Glenn and kept him up to date with the delays and which flight I was now on. He informed me that a driver would be dropping off a passenger at the International airport the same time my flight was landing at the domestic. Perfect, as there would not be a wait. Glenn asked my daughter to phone when we landed, which we did and he said that the driver was nearly there and should not be too long. After waiting patiently for an hour my daughter rang to see where the driver was and was informed not too far away and the driver would phone when he was close. We waited over an HOUR to be picked up and we could of been nearly home. This was the PURPOSE of paying the EXTRA money to have this service. This company can NOT handle any delays and I can not recommend this service as they did not deliver a service which I paid for. When my daughter phoned to discuss this matter with Glenn he started to raise hie voice at her (she had it on speaker phone) and then HUNG UP on her.
