I had to buy the paint first as Chris did not have credit at Haymes paint shop.He agreed to sand and paint two coats.for $500 a front verandah and back steps.After telling me l needed new steps he called jis friendPeter to supply also hand rails.Peter charged $600.After 4 days Chris he needed another $250 and he would be finished that day he painted one coat on half the front,nothing was done at the back steps.He said he would be back in 2 days to finish the front steps.When l sent him an email asking what day he never replied.Also he left all his painting gear at my home.lcould not recommend him to do any work.Very disappointed
