Called P1 plumber. he came. sent me a quote for over $3000. after i paid half he came. didnt fix issue. came back. didnt fix. wanted more money. then sent me another quote for over $7000 to fix issue. i called another plumber for second opinion. he came fixed the problem. sent me an invoice for $452 which i promptly paid. so for a job that took not even two hours, and cost me $452 Priority1 came and went for nearly 2 weeks, i paid them $1492.52 and they wanted a further $7000 or more and never fixed my water problem.

Their team was lovely to deal with. Very efficient and helpful offering options to choose in regards to the installation of our hot water system. Outstanding customer service and dealings. I booked them for the next day to look at my sewer drain since I am confident they will help me well because of their expertis.

I have found P1 Plumbing and Electrical to be reliable, honest and fair plumber. I have called him twice to assist at our house with tap issue and has always been punctual, easy to deal with and fair on pricing. I recommend them to others in our area.

I called about three plumbers to resolve under ground sewage issue. One did not ring me back other one came but he just gave me a verbal price without explaining much. P1 Plumbing had a good working procedure. Their plumber explained what he need to do to quote. He quoted for me and I went ahead with them. They did the work upto my expectations and my issue was fixed. I would blindly recommend them if anyone have any sewer issues.

They relaced my Vulcan hot water system which was 30 years old to Rheem. They also replaced my kitchen and shower taps too, The staff at P1 Plumbing worked with me to get a plumber at the same time when I was replacing HWS. Two specialist plumbers were at my place. This saved my time and work was done promptly on the same day. During the work, plumbers were always respectful of the space and careful not to create a mess. The expense met my budget guidelines. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs

I highly recommend Priority One Plumbing and Electrical. I called them up after they were recommended to us after doing work at our friend's house.

We had a pin-size leak in a supply water line for our hot water baseboard system. On top of that, our 50+-year-old gas furnace was on its last leg. The project turned into 1) fixing the leaking pipe 2) tearing out the old gas furnace and 3) tearing out the old 12-15-year-old domestic hot water tank. A lot bigger project than we ever anticipated!

They rearranged their schedule to fit me in. They completed the work before the weekend

Priority One Plumbing and Electrical will be our go-to Plumber for anything in the future!

After hearing I would need to wait three weeks from my other company I've used this was a good deal for me. Gave me a reasonable price and they did a great job and all done ASAP. They even waived my call out fee which was awesome.

Plumber was outstanding. He responded quickly to our blocked drain issue and was here within one hour. He was experienced, friendly and moreover neat. Fixed the issue and the price was affordable to us. Definitely would recommend P1 Plumbing and Electrical. This is second time they have helped us. Have got a $50 voucher off for the next visit.

Excellent service ethics. We had a blocked toilet in house. I appreciated him explaining what the problem was, telling me the solution and doing what needed to be done. I also appreciate the time they took to go through the site drawing in locating the exact location of the pipes to avoid unnecessary dig up creating a mess. The plumbers were focused on their jobs, mindfull and knew what they were doing, On time plumbers, honest and hardworking. Apart from that for regular customers they provide discounts as well. My only regret is that I didn't know about them earlier.
