I found the patient care l received was absolutely disgusting.

I had a letter from the hospital to proceed with on going medical care and the doctor who saw me couldn't be bothered reading it properly.

I had been in hospital for very high blood pressure and the doctor l saw,didn't even take my blood pressure until l insisted .

I also had 2 very painful absences on my leg that she wouldn't look at or would she discuss my very painful back .

I ieft your building feeling like l had been robbed because l certainly did not receive the consolidation that l paid for.

After l left l was still in a enormous ammount of pain and l had to go to the hospital l have the DRs name ect and once l feel well enough to do something l will be following up with the medical ombudsman as l was not treated with the professionalism that l would expect from a doctor in any medical profession

The receptionists before were so amazing and efficient. Since they have hired all these new staff in the reception area the waiting period over the phone has extended to almost 15 mins and sometimes even more. I waited for that long to get an appointment and the receptionist hung up on me as I wanted to see a different doctor as my regular doctor dr shiva was booked out. This happened twice now. Seriously worst service I would say from reception staff otherwise the doctors and nurses are very good
