Anton was fantastic, very quick in organising a time to install a Philips Smart lock. He arrived on time and fitted the lock in roughly an hour and a half. He explained to us how to use it and helped us through the set up. Also cleaned up very well afterwards considering how much mess there was. Thanks Anton. Would highly recommend

I have paid Casey Locks / Anton for supply and installation of a smart lock. They failed to turn up at the scheduled or re-scheduled time. They agreed to refund and even issued a customer adjustment note to me recording the refund, I have never received their refund. Chased using SMS and email. Initially they made up reasons for not having done the refund, but still haven't refunded. They didn't respond to my chasers in the end. I have just lodged complaints to relevant authorities.

Anton attended at my home to install Locks and did a great job. While there he told me he installed security systems, which I was interested in. In the July I paid him $1100 deposit, and he was to purchase the cameras. Then he disappeared. After multiple calls, he arrived and installed the wiring. Then disappeared again. Then in the November he installed the cameras which did not work, but asked for full payment and promised faithfully to return. He did not return, but disappeared again taking one of the cameras with him. He promised time and again to return but did not. In late December I rang Dahua who organised for their trusted technicians to contact me. They came and repaired what Anton did, sold me another camera for the one Anton took away and did a mighty fine job of fixing Anton's mess. In effect, I paid Anton in full for a dreadful job. Then had to pay two excellent technicians for the fix up.
