Would definitely recommend the team at Cranbourne North Dental. Dr Erwin was extremely professional and thorough, and took the time to explain the issues with my teeth and make me feel very much at ease. I felt he really had my best interests at heart and I did not feel rushed. Karen at reception was a friendly first point of contact and made scheduling my next appointment easy. Keep up the great work!

The dentist was super thorough in looking at my teeth and made sure everything was healthy, receptionist was lovely and very helpful when I needed to book my next appointment. Highly recommend! :)

Happy to say that I'm so glad I found Cranbourne North Dental. I've seen 3 dentist here now and both of them have been fantastic. Read some of the other reviews and they mention problems with the costs not being explained - however everytime I've been over the past few years has been explained well and before each appointment (or before they start any treatment) - so not quite sure what they are on about!

When I write this review I’m sure they will come back with some excuses for their misconduct; but this isn’t the first time this has happened but it will definitely be the last time we ever go here .

When I booked I confirmed 3 times over the phone what the price would be. I did this because the last time they put on extra charges on the bill.



When booking was complete the receptionist NO SURPRISE now, put extra charges on the bill. When I asked why, the excuses started. We were clear over the phone that the quoted price was what we wanted and didn’t want any extra work or charges like last time.



Cranbourne North Dental; I am sure you reply will be, please contact us ect or let us explain...



The truth is you were in the wrong and you think just because you can charge extra to the health insurance it is okay.



I will be reporting you to the Health Insurance provider about this misconduct.

We took our 3yo son for his first ever checkup and we're drastically overcharged for a 5-10min appointment. (Over $150 to count his teeth and give them a wipe with toothpaste) Sadly none of our family will return here after today we have cancelled all future appointments and advising our other friends and family to do the same.
