Awful buisness. Very unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. Also closing down their store and not contacting me to tell me where my ipad was. Do not let anyone named luke rappell/sidebottom 'repair' your things.

very bad & rude service, technician hardly have any knowledge of how to fix the computer and laptop, they fixed my laptop and since then speed,performance everthing's going down. i have to buy new one now.i highly recommend dont use Austech repair service.
