Move Just 4 U

They lost a large box of expensive cookware and broke my microwave plate. They deny all liability and won't reimburse me for anything. I've tried to recover the money through my bank and the business refused to pay anything. I'm going to VCAT now.

This Company is untrustworthy!

I was assured by a representative from this company that a booking I made was confirmed for 2 side by side shipping containers last week. Today when I phoned to ask why I had not received a confirmation email, I was told that there was only one shipping container available as the other one had been given to another person. This occurred several days after I was assured that my booking for both shipping containers was secure. No attempt was made by the company to honour my booking, I was told there was nothing they could do about it!

I now have less than 2 weeks to secure alternative storage for a 4 bedroom house full of furniture.

I never received a receipt from this company for storage fees or the removal. Many of my belongings were missing. I went to VCAT & they we're ordered to pay the amount l requested. Be aware
