Cold moody staff

Astronomical prices, for a very basic service. Dr Herald is a good Dr, but his reception staff ruin the process. Very cold and moody. Thank God for others nearby. *AVoid*

They got me in for a chest CT that afternoon with the main results straight away. My GP got all the results the next morning. The staff were calming and interested in my wellbeing
