Great atmosphere, really helpful.



Great location, fantastic for a quick meeting.

I made an online booking with Collective100 and received confirmation, including access details via email. However, upon arrival at the building, there was no answer. After calling, I was met with hostility and blame-shifting.



It is important to note that the website allowed me to make the booking, took payment, and confirmed the reservation. Despite this, no effort was made to rectify the situation.



In my opinion, if a business advertises 24/7 access and accepts online bookings, they should be able to facilitate them. I was disappointed with the lack of accountability and resolution from Collective100.
