KFC

Always cold food,

Terribly slow service even though we were the only ones in the store. Extremeley small servings of popcorn chicken in the snack bucket (13 pieces) and to top it all off my grandaughter is now vomiting with diorrhea. FOOD POISONING. Will never step foot inside this store again. You can keep your slow, unfriendly service with the off food; how you have 4 stars by the health department is beyond me.

I had not had kfc for years until yesterday. I needed change for a car wash ans went to kfc marsden and ordered 3 wicked wings. It took a minute for someone to emerge from the busy kitchen and drive through window. Ezra was a polite young man serving at the counter. He informed me that it would take 3 mins. I told him i was going to wash my car and return later to pick them up. My car wash would have taken about 10-15 mins and i was thinking those wings were going to be cold and yucky. When I returned Ezra was outside with ride ready to leave but was waiting for me to return. As soon as he saw me he quickly went inside and packed up those wings hot from the oven. He then left after me. As i gobbled those juicy crunchy wings dowm inwondered if it was Ezra's kindness and thoughtfulness that made them taste that good but i knew for sure he had made my day brighter. Congratuations to Ezra for being a good example of how one moment can change a day, a day can change a life and a life can change the world. You will be a happy person in your life.
