All Washed Up

They damage your clothes and take no responsibility or care. They wouldn’t allow me to wash my own fluffy acrylic throw I’ve washed myself for years so I left it to be washed and dried and the throw is no longer fluffy - completely damaged. They said I asked for wash and dry as laundromat service but I assumed I was having it drycleaned. All they had to do was to tell me it could get damaged from the drying and I would not have gone ahead with it
