Horrible experience with these guys. Was not able to attend my online course due to reasons not clearly advertised prior to enrolling. Refused a refund and was not able to get the requirements for a future booking (which they wanted me to pay again for a new bvooking). Money grubbbing pricks. Don't go anywhere near them.

This company basically sets everything up and all okay then the last few questions come out of nowhere and they deliberately fail the clients. I have since gone to another provider. They did not know that I am a highly qualified teacher and trainer and was well aware that something was amiss. The experience was unpleasant and the condescending attitude bordering on bullying was unacceptable.

The ACCC will be getting involved yet again with EOT.

Totally dodgy. Courses confuse more than instruct, littered with basic English errors. Unbelievable that such an organisation is allowed to exist.

I have used them to get a White card but their process and training material was soooo lengthy, too many questions and tests and sow process of verifying your documents and submissions. Absolute waste of time and money

Have done 2 courses with these people have had no support and they are not recognised by the nsw government



save your money go get it the right way

They didnt approve my answer which was correct but nit what they wanted. When I called she hung up on me so far it has taken a week and no white card. I would give a negative rating if they has one

Do a favor to yourself, find another place to make your course. They take a long time to review your assessments and the last one you need to wait about 15 days to make it. If you want to make it faster, you need to pay an priority fee that costs more 105 dollars.

not government regulated, gets your bank account details then delays certifications until you pay for "fast-tracking" (over $100.00Aud)

its a scam. lost my money for a rsa that is not approved.
