I've always been willing to overlook the expensive prices however when they charged me a dollar for using my card during COVID, I couldn't keep my mouth shut as taking advantage of people is completely unacceptable, particularly during this time. For me, it's the principle. I think it is absolutely disgusting that people are being charged for avoiding the use of cash at this time. And when I questioned if they were seriously going to charge me while this virus was going on, I received the answer 'Yes'. For me, morals are everything. I will always support small and local businesses who are kind and genuine. I will never support greed. I'm disgusted. If you choose to eat here, that's on you. But for me, I could never compromise on my values and support greedy, selfish people who don't care about other people. You should be ashamed of yourself for charging people who are trying to help you by spending money at your restaurant. This review clearly won't bother you but I hope people re-think who they support.
