Would give this business zero stars if possible. Worst service I have ever had in my life. Ripped me off. Paid $3500 for repairs and the car still doesn't work. 4 months later, ACCC have advised they have breached the consumer law as they will not honour the warranty. Even their head office have stated they are disgusted and embarressed to be affiliated with these business owners due to their total lack of duty of care and customer service. I have now taken it to a reputable mechanic in Bayswater who is fantastic. 4 months later and I'm still $3500 in debt and without a car. I now have to buy a new car due to the damage this business caused.

In short, stay away!!! especially if you are using Certegy finance, these business owners prey on the less fortunate and take advantage of those using finance to repair their vehicles.

This store is surrounded by reputable mechanics and most are happy to help with a payment plan or are quite flexible. Do yourself a favour and do your research, GoodYear Croydon will not only put you in debt but also destroy your vehicle and not take any accountability.
