Shower Power

Purchased a Hyundai water filter from Shower Power.

Replaced the cartridges as per their instructions/timetable.

Water flow slowed to a trickle.

Requested a service call.

Was told we lived too far away for a service call, we should just buy more cartridges as the ones we had (for only a few months) might have been faulty.

Did not want to outlay more money on new cartridges if it wasn't going to fix the problem.

Have now installed a new filter from a different supplier and very happy.

Would never recommend Shower Power.
