Crystal Brook Hotel

I asked why is my beer gone up to $13 she said it’s also for the water I said that only house water it’s illegal to charge us and than got kicked out so never going there again

We walked into the bistro and saw a reserved sign on a table the female staff member behind the bar did not acknowledge or say anything to us so we sat at a table with out a reserved sign on it, next minute a man came into the bistro and bluntly asked us if we had a booking when we said we didn’t he repeatedly said to us “you have to book” he was so rude to us. We understand if you are booked out and if he had of said to us “sorry guys we are booked up tonight” that would of been fine we had our six year old daughter with us and she was bit confused on why he was angry with us as we got up and left, Crystal Brook is a lovely town and we received good service from other places but unfortunately when we think of Crystal Brook it will be of the rude rude man we encountered at the Crystal Brook pub I would recommend going to the Royal Hotel instead

Enjoyed our stay at this Lovely Old Hotel in the South Australian Town of Crystal Brook.

The owners and staff were friendly and Helpful. The meals and service was top notch and the room, rustic, clean and comfortable. The Bathrooms reflected the age of the hotel, but are very clean and functional.
