Worked on by three different hairdressers (none that interested)
Left in seat over duration of required time as took in other clients (i.e. colour allowance exceeded by at least half an hour - hairdresser confirmed ready but she was busy)
Staff seemed disinterested (especially younger ones) - older staff seemed snowed under
Shopper docket coupons applicable? (I didn't have one but maybe this was why my appointment was not really taken seriously)
Removal of prior review that wasn't in their favour

Great service friendly atmosphere.. Absolutley love my time at Fred and ginger. Always receive a friendly smile when I walk through the doors and the staff have always got great hair care advice. Terrific prices and I also got my partner straight in for a haircut at the same time with their walk in service. I will be Definately be recommending this salon.
