Proficient Appliance Service

I had a reasonably old dishwasher in my investment property which had an error message. The property manager sent this person out. He didn't check with the property manager or myself and proceeded to do repairs. Could have bought a new dishwasher with the amount he charged me.

I wish you could post zero stars for this company. extremely poor customer service - wouldn't recommend. This company attended our house after a brand new Mitsubishi air conditioner failed under warranty. the man spent about an hour here and when he finally conceded that it was a warranty issue and I asked him roughly when he would be back to fix the unit he spoke to me like I was annoying him and said there is no time frame. Fast forward 5 weeks (we were lenient due to the Christmas/New Years period) I tried to follow him up via text and then by phone to no avail. My husband eventually got onto him and he said he would call him back (he didn't) when he got onto him a second time he said he would follow up the parts "when he had time". After speaking with Mitsubishi he hasn't even ordered the parts for the repair. Terrible customer service.

I asked the technician to send the service report to Bosch head office 10 days ago, but he still has not done it yet. My washing machine exchange is on hold due to this oversight.
