Disgusting cistomer service

Emma the employee got all defensive wjen i asked to get someone else to jelp me as she was incompetent'
She had the audacity to tell me i need to calm down!!
I wasnt even accusing her of anything
The guy was on her side and redused to serve me and told me to leave
So i did and will never return but will bad mouth them to everyone on how bad they run their business and treat customers' disgusting!!!!

How these people manage to stay in business is really amazing!

Example: On 27th February 2007 My wife & I decided to purchase a BUSHMAN"S 12/240 Volt Freezer, complete with the extras to increase its capacity to 52Liters.
For this unit they charged us around $1000.00!
NOW, 6 years & 6 months later the unit is still going!..I ask you.Is this good for business?...Just how can they expect to stay in business if their products are so reliable?
Just another point this unit has been working 24 hours per day 7 days a week since the day it was purchased! It has also been completely around Australia sitting in the back of our ever faithful/reliable Toyota Troopy running on 12volts! When we stop traveling for few weeks it gets placed in our caravan annex and is then run on 240volt!
NO! It is NOT FOR SALE!
