Never again, Cons ! Be aware

Disgusting Ethics and Cons. Wrong products and second hand.

The product was already open as well.

service is poor and 1 star is not low enough!

Wanted to give a so called Australian business a try, support local. Buying local, expected a couple of days for delivery.

Start with a small purchase of 4 pairs of yellow tinted safety glasses, about a week later I recieved a phone call from what I presumed was an overseas call center (accent and lack of local knowledge) asking if I would accept clear glasses instead, my responce was if I wanted clear glasses I would of ordered clear. on that note call, ended and another 10 days pass (16 in total , given I presumed they were dispatched from Dandenong) and to my astonishment the glasses were clear.

Called up and once again, no way of direct contact , back to an overseas call center as the operator confirmed. do not hold out any chance of speaking direct and after being told they will email me to sort out there mistake. given to date no reply to my original email, chances a nil.

would not recommend this company for anything!!

Do not think that it is a local company, that it guarantees good reliable aussie service.

Is it just a shop front for an overseas based company? if I could speak directly to them , they maybe able to answer that question, but I won't hold my breath.

once again, recommendation is save yourself the grief and go elsewhere.

Untrustworthy and Misleading

Misleading and untrustworthy.



InkMasters are unresponsive, untrustworthy, and misleading in their actions. Unprofessional and extremely poor customer service. There are multiple reviews across platforms from countless disappointed customers.



I purchased PPE equipment in January which was in stock when ordered. After I followed up they said that it was on back order, which the website then showed it was.



I checked back regularly over a couple of months. I noticed that they increased and decreased the pricing on the page drastically. Meaning people would have been paying double the price at some points. This was during PPE shortages.



I noticed after some time that they added an extra line to their product page to say that they would increase price on backorders. That wasn't on the page previously.



It finally came into stock. I emailed numerous times over several weeks to ask when it would be shipped. After several follow ups, Sam replied with one sentence to say that they couldn't fulfil the order from three months ago, and it would be cancelled. This was untrue because the website showed almost a hundred items in stock.



I emailed to say it appeared they had stock and asked to have the order go through instead of being cancelled and refunded. After several more emailed over numerous days, Sam finally replied to say that it was now refunded (which I found it was) and that I had to reorder.



I found that the price has increased considerably from when I ordered and emailed Sam to request that the order be put through at the original price I had paid. Again, after four emailed over three weeks Sam finally replied. He said that the price had now increased and they price I paid four month prior was not lower than cost. Considering the price on the page changed drastically over the four months since they first took our money for the purchase, it struck me as both unusual.



Again, extremely unprofessional, misleading, untrustworthy, and unresponsive. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Suffice to say - would not use them again.
